COLARIS is a high capacity industrial digital textile printing system, built for guaranteed lowest production costs. A modular design, built to the needs of any kind of textile applications from light weight fashion fabrics via, home textile, heavy weight decorative, furnishing and terry towel fabrics. The COLARIS printer is ideal for a 7/24 operation and can be configured as per fabric or customer needs. Basic configurations can be added with special fabric feeding and guiding systems, optional inline fabric pre-treatment, different models of gluing device for fixation of any kind of fabrics, continuously operating blanket washing device, efficient print heads cleaning system, ink storage tanks with up to 12 lt. content for an uninterrupted production even during change of inks.
A simple to understand and easy to handle machine/operator interface can be translated into the operators language for an easy and safe operation.
The COLARIS® printing line can be provided with a fabric dryer for different capacity, according to needs of the fabrics to be printed, nevertheless the dryer will not be part of the exhibition goods.
