Savio, with the new "T&T Technology", presents a device that revolutionizes the twisting process and guarantees, with respect to the standard technology of double twisting, an increase of process productivity of 33%, with the same energy consumption as the standard double twist spindle, with no change in the weight of the assembly wound packages being fed, maintenance work and the workload of the operator. The system generates a twisted yarn through two yarn ballons, one external with "S" twist direction, and one internal with "Z" twist direction, a differential speed motion bearing, generates a triple twist at each spindle turn. The aforementioned increase in productivity automatically leads to a corresponding reduction of the size of the installation with savings of labour, floor space and conditioning costs.
