A Compact Machine for efficient surface lint removal and fabric pile
orientation.

Equipped with dedicated dust collection system or adaptable for connection to
central suction unit.

Adjustable approach rolls for variable fabric wrap and setting correct brushing
action.

Optional variable speed brushing rolls.

Cleaning and pile orientation rolls can be lifted with natural, synthetic
bristles or wire cloth.

Reversible roll rotation to achieve required cleaning or pile orientation.

System may be equipped with bealing bars or furnished in a combined tandem
arrangement for face / back beating / brushing to optimize fabric and loose
fiber removal.

Variable speed drives and beater bars can be incorporated.

Automatic Seam Sense detection system available to open brush approach rolls.
