Shima Seikis astonishingly quick and efficient single-ply cutting machines,
P-CAM®100 and P-CAM160, are perfect for small- and minimum-lot jobs such as
made-to-measure, samplemaking, additional production of popular items and
educational applications. In fact, the P-CAM100 and P-CAM160 have been proven
class-leaders in the Japanese domestic apparel industry with its superior
"Easy-Order" made-to-measure capabilities. Among the many advantages
are their compact size and surprisingly large cutting area, not to mention
smooth and quiet operation. P-CAMs efficiency doesnt stop there however.
Ultra-fast movement and a self-sharpening circular blade offer high
cost-performance. And the new integrated control monitor features a
touch-sensitive panel with scheduling functions to boost productivity.
Maintenance is greatly improved through reinforced components and better
accessibility as well. Another major improvement to the new P-CAM100 and
P-CAM160 is the capacity to support current trends in global apparel production
by focusing on the Chinese market with Chinese-language menu functions. The

Control Panel:The control panel features improved operations through a large
touch-sensitive liquid crystal display (LCD).
High-Precision Cutting: Shima Seikis P-CAM technology features a high level of
refinement that allows a compact, lightweight cutting head that is surprisingly
fast and nimble yet extremely precise.
Marking Data: Cutting data is created based on marking data obtained from our
SDSĀ®-ONE(P) apparel CAD system. This interface is also based on our integrated
development concept for smoother production efficiency.Teaching Function:
Once the fabric is fed into the cutting machine, the teaching function
compensates for any fabric skew. Cutting can be performed smoothly and without
worry, regardless of feeding conditions.
Blade Width Measurement: The width of the knife blade is measured and its
position is corrected with each cut for accuracy.
Automatic Knife Sharpening: The knife is continuously sharpened automatically
even during cutting, providing optimum cutting conditions.
Repeat/Continuous Cutting: Continuous cutting is performed automatically for
repeat work on the same fabric.
Scheduled Cutting: The new built-in controller features the capability for
cutting to be performed according to a preset schedule.
Inverter Controlled Vacuum: In addition to saving energy, vacuum pressure is
adjusted for varying conditions. Consistent quality can be achieved from job to
job.
