Model : Digi Balance - Blending Line

The ERKO digi balance (weigh pans) attached to bale openers EBO, EHBO or
metering stations as EFS-OE respectively ERS 900 is used for an accurate
discontinuous weighing process in blowrooms for the nonwowen industry, or
spinning mills.



Depending on the number of different fibres to be processed the weight pans of
the digi balances feed discontinuously the conveyor belt EFB underneath. The
fibre laydown is arranged side by side and is transported to the blending roller
type EMZL where the fibres are worked off and pre-opened.
