The machine structure

Machine 

Whole machine adopts excellent iron to avoid deformity of base of machine to make sure the accuracy of machine under operation circumstance. adding Lycra feeder attachments not only to make the fabric elastic to suitable for regular dress and leisure suits, but also to produce more different stitch-varied fabric. 

Cam 

Arranging the cams, you can produce additional double knitting and stitch-varied cloth
the machine is equipped with knit, tuck and miss cams, which make the dual-purpose machine have higher flexibility and interchangeability. For the character, you can produce perfect fabrics and reduce the production cost at the same time.

Fabric take-down system

Using worldwide-patented fabric take-down system that ensures the stable tension of fabric winding and with uniform weight.

Knitting needle

Adopt Groz-Beckert Needle on our all machines. Fabric quality is guaranteed.

Cylinder

The cylinder is made of special alloy steel material through precise processing and laser heat-treatment and is able to last long.

Control system

Adopt frequency changing system and electronic control system that can precisely record the fabric quantity produced in the three shirts. Easily operated and low failure.

Yarn feeding system

It can be used the simultaneous feeding system and the storage feeding system to make uniform of the yarn feeding tension.

Lubricant jetting system

Using electronic lubricant jetting system or great capacity spray system, under high speed operation, the needle cylinder & knitting needles can lubricate fully, so it can not be worn off easily.
