With this machine we tried to simplify the works of all those operators needing to cut in transversal
materials of several qualities, in strips without limits of measures, or from 0
mm up to 25.00 mm with decimal solution.

The Cutting Machine Mod. 591 - 592 is
particularly indicated in all those fields of transformation and cutting of
technical materials such as expanded and rubber for packings and generally in
the suitcase and bag manufacturers.

This possibility of millimeter
planning is obtained by an electronic circuit using stepping motors and
microprocessors.

A second program allows to count the
quality of the cut pieces with machine stop at pre-fixed quantity.

Obviously the machine succeed in
doing all the operations both on manual and automatic system.

The tollerance on the measure is of
0.5 mm.

The production speed is adjustable,
depending on measure and type of material used.

The cut operation is obtained by a
mechanic system and by blade and counter blade device.

The Machine is produced in width
versions from 500 mm up to 2000 mm.

The Mod. 591 - 592 can be also
completed with automatic dischargers and palletizzators on request.

This Machine can also be arranged, on
request, to cut thicknesses up to 50 mm.
