Model : TUNDER PULL - Polishing And Shearing Machine


This system is designed to polish and shear all in one process. The system can
be used to work fabrics and warped knitwear, blankets, velvets, upholstries,
tapestries, etc.



Characteristics and Operation:

A perfect cut: The precision designed cutting machinery consists of a flat shear and a spiral shearing cylinder made by Heusch. A perfect cut is guaranteed thanks to the automatic felt lubrication by the shearing machinery which gives a constant dampness. 



Shine and consistency (First part of the cylinder): The Pol-Rotor cylinder is made with a hard mirror-shined chrome surface. Resistance is controlled by electronic regulators that maintain a constant temperature. There are both polishing and ironing options. 



High performance: The robust design of all parts of the machine allows the fabric to achieve high speeds for an optimum effect and no vibration. 



Easy handling : The controls are easy to understand with no technical complexities.

The system has a security device that alerts the operator to possible imperfections or breakdowns. The emergency stops are electronically controlled in the event of a power failure or lack of air pressure. 



Precise centering: The centering system allows the fabric to be perfectly aligned. A high feeding belt is featured for cars with high volume.



Other possibilities: The machine can be adapted in the entry as well as the exit according to the needs of the customer and the type of fabric being used. The system has many individual and line models.
