This system is specially designed for combing fabric. Making use of its full
potential it can handle many different fabrics and knitwear such as blankets,
velvet, raschel, towelings, upholstries, tapestries, carpeting, etc.

Characteristic and Operation:

Quality shredding: The shredder stands out for its precision jobs. The depth of
the cut is adjustable from 0 to 15 mm. The speed and fabric tension are also
adustable. These are regulated by varying the speeds with high precision
independent motors.

Easy handling: The controls are easy to understand with no technical
complexities.

The system has a security device that alerts the operator to possible
imperfections or breakdowns. The emergency stop is electronically controlled in
the event of a power failure or lack of air pressure.



High performance: The robust structure allows the machine to work at high speeds
with no vibration which gives an optimal effect on the fabric.

Cylinder PP:  The shredding and cleaning cylinders have large diameters and
are highly robust.

Precise centering: The centering system facilitates the work and allows the
fabric to be perfectly aligned.A high feeding belt is featured for cars with
high volume.

Operation: The machine can be adapted at the entry as well as the exit
according to the needs of the customer. It can also be used independently for
the continuous combing and napping of the material.
