Automatic Servo Cutter


The automatic Servo cutter is for the cutting room operators the help par excellence. Increases the cutting quality reducing its
expensive and if combined to the air vacuum table, allow the cutting of big quantities
of voluminous fabrics.

The servo cutter structure holds the weight of the cutting device helping the operator; cutting device that is equipped with reduced base-plate and slim standard. A dedicated double rail is needed to operate the servo cutter.



Air blowing table

The air blowing table creates an air cushion over which the fabric lay floats so to be moved easily. Ideal for long tables and heavy the basic spreading table, has all its features. Table top made in "noble fibre" rimmed in ABS with internal "air space" (see details on the technical drawing) has holes every 13 cm to ensure regular air diffusion and to avoid air wasting. The air pipe line, connected to a unique hole of 10 cm placed on the back side of each table top module, joins the table tops to the air blowing motor. One blower every 6-9 meters of air blowing table is recommendable (depending on actual table width and material weight pr. square meter).
