Machine to Iron, to Fix, to Dry and to Roll-Up Sanitary Gauze Tubular Fabric 

Description : Thanks to the sector companies collaboration MATINSA has designed a synchronized group of machines in order to produce a high quality finished tubular gauze fabric and to increase the productivity. The speed, ramps of acceleration and deceleration of the group of machines are controlled by frequency
variations of Victorian control. In this way is assured that the whole process is carried out in a continuous way avoiding the breaking of the gauze fabric. 



The SEGAT-5B is very easy to use. The machines group, including the feeder and accumulator, can be operated by a single person.

Feeding Group:

The tubular fabric is fed in a continuous and efficient way. Composed by:

Unrolling device for the wet tubular fabric coming from the bleaching process.

Squeezing pneumatic foulard.

Accumulator "J."

Enlarging, Ironing and Fixing Group

Thanks to this group is possible to obtain a good fabric quality, due to
their full ironing system, straightening the knitted stitches and fixing the
fabric in the wanted width. Composed by:

Two feeding rollers mounted on free wheels, of variable and independent speed,
for the perfect feeding of the tubular fabric.

Enlarging device until a width of 120 cm, designed especially for knitted
tubular fabric.

Two cylinders heated by steam for a good relaxation and stabilization of the
knitted stitch.

Drying Group

The ironed and fixed fabric is dried with this group. Composed by:

Five revolving cylinders heated by steam.

Mobile Guide Cylinders made with stainless steel for the accompaniment of the
fabric.

Rolling Group

The rolling tension of the fabric can be varied to will. Composed by:

Two metallic cylinders recovered with special rough material.

Mobile lateral iron sheets to fix the cardboard cylinder.
