Model : THERMODUPLEX 90 - Continuous Decatising Machine

This continuous decatising machine provides a perfect finishing treatment with remarkable advantages over the traditional batch decatising machine, i.e. :

Compared to traditional continuous decatising plants, Thermoduplex 90 provides better setting performances thanks to the patented Steam Quality Control Device which generates overheated steam fed through the additional decatising field , an electronic thermometer detects the real steam temperature and compare it with the preset required value; this system allows keeping the steam temperature constant and - if required - it allows to work with higher temperature (overheated steam) granting higher setting effect particularly suitable for wool and synthetic fibers fabrics.



The special decatising field construction also grants a permeable belt limited wear and tear by which its working life is 2 to 3 times longer compared to standard solutions.
