Blending Lines

Blending lines are used for the purpose of preparation of fiber blend for further processing in: woolen, worsted, semi-worsted and nonwoven system. The
preparation of blend is effected by batching of ingredients in optimal proportions, fiber blending and opening, and finally by
spreading of appropriate preparations.

Blending line is fed by feeders, which can vary in number from 2 up to p pieces per line.



Blending line can consist of various configurations of the following machines, apparatus
and devices :

* feeding transporter,

* weighing hopper feeder or volumetric hopper feeder,

* collecting transporter,

* blending chamber



Pneumatic transport devices, which are applied for the purpose of transporting raw materials between the particular
components of blending line are as follows: ducts, condensers, feed cyclones and pipe ventilators.

The blending line composition, the arrangement of particular devices, as well as, productivity and the degree of automation are all tailored to the
individual needs of our client.
