Model : AGSA221 - High-Speed Beam Warping Machine

Scope Of Application : Model ASGA221 Hi-speed Warper is applicable to direct (batch) warping technique,
which arranges the cheese at certain quantity as the parallel yarn body with some certain breadth, and winds upon warp beam directly in accordance with the required technical length for sizing and rebeaming. It is also applicable to the warping requirements for
hi-density fabrics. It is the ideal product supporting the shuttle less loom.



Technical Features : 

- Direct driving for warp beam, hi-speed heavy package and constant speed and tension winding.

- 15kw triphase AC motor is adjusted via frequency conversion, ensuring the constant speed.

- Electromechanical integration has been realized, and its logical action is controlled by
PLC, with interlocking protector.

- Rigid safety railing protector controlled by the nearest switch.

- With start and spot start buttons, it is operated simply, safely and reliably.

- W-typed creel reed. Its up and down to-and-frost waying is realized via semi rotary
actuator. The alignment of creel reed-left and right is driven via synchro motor. Air scavenging gear is set up for the reed to keep a clean reed.

- Direct measuring by warp beam, which is controlled by PLC through the rotary
coder. The warp beam measuring error is less than 0.05%.

- Clamp arrester is driven by gas-liquid conversion device, with smart and reliable arresting. Warp beam, pressurizing
roller, measuring roller are arrested synchronously via the electric controls.

- Touch display screen, easy and visual operation with more information. It can display all-round trouble shooting. V-typed reversal creel stands are
equipped, which can replaced collectively at one time. The first batch and spindle gauge is opted and set by user.

- Pre-creel stand rebounding infrared automatic-stop device, operating smartly.
The end breakage position is displayed by indicator.

- Two-column tensioner is equipped. The ideal tension can be obtained by adjusting the angle of notched stick for tensioner.

- Fixed air scavenging for creel stands, keeping creel stands free of flies and dust.
