1. The driving gears are sturdy and are made of special alloy steel, which enhance durability and reliability for high-speed performance.



2. It is convenient to changing the cylinder and the dial without removing the upper transmission support legs, therefore, it is time-saving for adjusting the facility of knitting different fabrics types, 



3. The take-up system with direct transmission, which the fabric roller is rotated by an independent motor. It can be adjusted to fabric tension in order to keep all parts in an even pulling force. We also provide Roller Adjusting Type Take-up Machine which the fabric roller is rotated by a gearbox. 



4. The advanced control panel is easy to operate. It displays the production status and provides related numerical data for controlling and supervision. In addition, it detects and diagnoses automatically the production process in order to avoid any abnormal status.
