The continuous dyeing range «Thermefix 338» is suitable for small or large batch of continuous dyeing/curing process with a different range of combinations. It is highly efficient and operates in a low fabric tension, crease-free and migration-free condition. The exact determination of the heat-setting point is the reliable basis for optimum speed control and thus for cost-effective machine utilization. The machine is suitable for different kind of fibres in woven fabrics, such as cotton, T/C, and pure polyester fabrics. The capacity range is 5 to 100 m/min. Main features and advantages are:



The dyeing padder Matex Color is an alternate choice of a dyeing padder other than a hydraulic or pneumatic system. The pair of solid core Continuous Variable Crown (CVC) rollers, which provide a desirable setting for a variety of nip profile according to the different processes of fabric required. 



Either the electrical heated pre-dryer VTE or the gas heated pre-dryer VTG provide protection to processing fabric and
contact less pre-drying.



The short loop design (960 mm) and special roller drive system are proven to achieve low fabric tension and crease-free treatment of the woven fabric. The successful device “Thermo-cut” eliminates dyestuff migration. Thanks to the symmetric arrangement of an air circulating and heating system, it ensures uniform air temperature and circulation inside the treatment chamber.
