This Beaker dying machine (open bath) is an ideal machine for dying of yearns, fabric and loose stock under atmospheric condition. This machine is developed to reduce manpower and controls the dying parameters exactly. The machine to be closes to the actual process and here the possibility of taking out many samples at a time.



EQUIPMENT:

The Paramount Open Bath dye MASTER consist of a open water bath which has electrical heating a arrangement, bath circulation pump so that the temperature inside the bath remain more uniform. Temperature of bath is controlled through a microprocessor controller with controlling accuracy of +/-1 °C. Machine consists of 12 beakers with useful volumetric capacity of 500 ml., The beakers are mounted in the heated water bath. The beakers are made from 316 quality stainless steel tubes and are in parallel cylindrical construction. The machine is supplied with hooks on the rotating bar which can take cloth or hank samples. Sample to be dyed is attached to the hook of rotating bars apart from moving up and down also rotate at 60 r.p.m. Direction of rotation of rotating bars is reversed after every three minutes. This improves contact between sample and liquor leading to uniform dyeing result. Stroke length of rotating bar can be variable and depending upon sample size it can be adjusted between 25 mm to 50 mm. Beaker cover can be removed at the time of additions can be made to the beaker without stopping the machine. The added feature is very useful especially in case of Reactive and Vat dying where additions are to be made from time to time.
