Model : SK-2600 - Open Width Compactor

The compactor SK-2600 is equipped with a Segmented Guider, a Pin Frame Entry and is equipped with Edge Spreader and Driven Scroll Roller, all fixed on a sturdy and compact structure. Steaming Device, with or without Dryer is mounted on a Pin-Frame with Vertical Return chain. Selvedge Gumming Device, Selvedge Dryer, Selvedge Trimming Device are also fitted on this frame. Double Compactor is with Nomex Felt and stainless steel main Drums mounted in a sturdy frame work. There is a piling Device with Conveyor and Cooling arrangement. Highly sensitive load cells control stretching tension between various points. A variable speed drive with AC Inverter and PLC Controls is provided to obtain smooth operation.
