Model : CHJ-R-24 - Wire Raising Machine

Wire raising process is contrary to singeing and shearing process. CHEONG JINs wire raising machine is consisted of
24-card clothing wire rollers, and their rotation scratch the woolen
fabric (partially, used in worsted fabric) stretch and then protrude the nap 
on the surface.

So, through these successive procedures, we can get feel soft and comfortable from fabric.

In the electric driving method, counter roller, pile roller, main drum, and pulling roller have independent driving system, respectively. 

This type matching has a structure can do the both faces raising work easily with surface and back exchange
device (X-Band Part equipped).
