Soft Overflow Dyeing Machine


The soft overflow dying machines are highly economical for processing of delicate and surface sensitive fabrics like pure wool or woolen blends at temperatures beyond boil. The dyeing is faster due to high dye-liquor flow rates. 



Working Principle

The fabric is lifted from storage baskets by a winch having soft surface and fed to overflow dye liquor nozzle. Fabric rope is then opened and plaited to prevent knots and
tangles. These machines work under pressure of 4.5 kg/cm2 and temperature up to 135ºC. Material speed is adjustable between 50 to 200 m/min.

- Fully automatic operation using latest control systems for process sequences and valve operations.

- Fabric movement facilitated by a transport winch that feeds material to large overflow nozzle.

- Capacity of 100 to 150 kgs per chamber (up to 3 chambers per machine) depending on fabric type.

- Several machines of varying capacity can be coupled through a flow-mixing pump.
