Padder


Dalal Engineering has added a padder for simultaneous dewatering and finishing to its product line. Its unique system of feeding the fabric by stretching it with air ballooning, allows the padder to achieve excellent results in detwisting, dewatering, and wet-in-wet finishing. Special high efficiency squeezing rollers provide both a maximum of water extraction as also an absolutely homogeneous impregnation of auxiliary products like softeners resulting in even absorption.



Working Principle 

Tubular fabric in the wet stage is ballooned to eliminate creases formed during processing in rope form. Primary squeezing allows uniform moisture level for impregnation of finishing chemicals in second stage of operation.
