Neuenhauser will custom design and manufacturing unique conveyor solutions to meet your special material handling requirements. At Neuenhauser we work closely with our
customers to determine your specific needs and concept solutions to best match those needs. We partner with our customers from initial concepts and 3-D-simulations through design, manufacture, implementation and acceptance testing. We are not just another conveyor supplier. Instead we are a solutions provider who will integrate the best equipment available to meet all your system requirements, and if the right equipment is not available, we will custom design and manufacture what is needed to insure the best over-all and cost effective solution is provided.



Applications 

Neuenhauser has successfully designed and integrated many unique custom designed conveyor solutions e.g. in the Textile, Distribution and Manufacturing markets. Including
pallet preparation lines, palletizing, strapping, stretch film wrapping, weighing, labeling and accumulation of unit load pallets.



Controls 

Neuenhauser will provide the right controls to interface best with the customers current facility control system. From the very simple PLC push-button control panel, to a very sophisticated networked PC - PLC control system with graphical human machine interface (HMI) monitoring stations. All systems are designed to allow remote monitoring and diagnostics to insure the best possible support for a 24 h / 7 day operation.



Simulation Applications 

Using the latest 3-D-simulation software, Neuenhauser can simulate a real time display or system demonstrating how your conveyor interfaces with other equipment, personnel and/or costly bottlenecks prior to investing in equipment.



Quality 

Neuenhauser provides custom conveyor manufactured with the highest quality standards greater then the industry norm. All unit load conveyors are built with a minimum of 89,9 mm diameter, 3 mm gauge galvanized rollers on 103 / 206 mm centers. All rollers frames are made from 5 mm gauge U-Channel with steel channel support legs for support of all conveyor sections. You can be assured that Neuenhauser will make a conveyor that exceeds the quality levels typical of standardized mass produced conveyor components.
