1 Adopts the last pneumatic internal brake structure, improve the brake strength and decrease the break distance.

2 Adopts imported converter, make the rewinding beam to be steeples control.

3 Adopts actuator motor’s automatic in section feed back to control the speed of resending beam, assure the speed of rewinding beam same from the begin to the end that assure the tension of yarn to be same.

4 According the kind of the yarn and the technology, adjust the speed change gear in the small gear box to get the different moving yarn quantity of different count of yarn, that assure the warping quality. 



Use :

This warping machine is used to warp all kinds of yarns, such as chemical fibre, cotton yarn, wool yarn, hemp yarn etc. it can supply good quality beams for water-jet loom, rapier loom and projectile loom etc
