Machine to knit in coarse gauge large width panels, fully fashion and shaped
garments, jacquard patterns and also structured stitches like cables or argyle.
Machine with one carriage with two systems and full three way technique
performing variable intelligent course upon a needle-bed width of 185 cm.
Electronic selection on each single needle. The machine is equipped with the
special Steiger upper take-down. Transfer needles with side spring. Gauge E3.

Stitch length: EControlled electronically without limit that can be modified any time. 

Yarn Ðcarriers:8 yarn-carriers on 4 prism-bars. Yarn-carriers are dropped-off automatically at the edge of the design or selvedge. 

Upper take-down Model Steiger: Upper take-down 30 mm. from the verge of the needlebed with programmable rotation speed. Auxiliary take-down electronically controlled.

Drive: Adjustable brushless motor from 0 a 1,30 m/s. Drive control system that stops the machine in case of excessive strain or shock of the carriage.

Security devices: Security equipment as per EC regulations. All necessary devices to stop the machine in case of yarn breakage, running out of yarn, knots, needle detecting, fabric press-off, stop motion etc.. Machine state light, reserve battery.

Productivity: Knitting and transfer speed maximum 1,30 m/s.

Racking: Selective over 120 mm. with possibility of correction.

Programmation: PC and EDS software incorpored. Floppy 3,5".
