Desizing, Scouring and Bleaching Greatest Versatility In Continuous Preparation For Open-Width Fabrics
The purification of textile fibres gives the fabric all the characteristics for
the dyeing and printing processes. With this treatment we must include the
desizing, scouring and bleaching operations.
This versatility is the result of an automatic system which gives easy control
and above all the ability to reproduce the results obtained in traditional
bleaching thanks to:
• the preparation of white fabrics;
• the preparation of fabrics to be printed;
• the preparation of fabrics to be dyed.
Impregnating, belt steaming, high efficiency washing.
Constant control of temperature and dwelling times.
High production speeds.
Automatic chemical-product
dosage based on the weight of the goods
Saturation:
Wet on wet impregnation occurs in the saturator by way of the exchange between
the water in the fabric (approx. 60-65% after good squeezing) and the liquor.
Belt steamer with lapped fabrics:
The steamer is built with a number of steaming chambers (each module holds 20 m
of fabric). The open-width fabric starts to move through the machine as a
vertical loop running on top and bottom rollers. It is then placed onto a steel
conveyor belt in lap form (6 m for each module). Development takes place in
saturated steam with the correct degree of moistness. This ensures there is no
air in the steaming chamber whatsoever during the entire process.
Washing:
The fabric, drawn-in into short vertical loops to avoid creases forming,
undergoes efficient washing to remove the dissolved, dispersed or emulsified
impurities. The top rollers can be driven (by motors, by an elastic belt or by a
chain) and the tension is kept even by a compressed-air dandy roll or by using
an accurate adjusting system based on load cells and vectorial motors.
Automatic control:
The bleaching treatment line, with all its safety and control devices, can be
accurately set and the data can be recalled for future production needs. The
control system is based on a state-of-the-art PLC installed in a watertight
cabinet. This unit is controlled from an ergonomic control panel to save,
control and reproduce the treatment parameters.
