1.Through the use of Japan Mitsubishi FX2N series industrial control computer,
intelligent control can be made. The adhesive coating, baking, and taking-up are
synchronously controlled by three imported frequency converters. The speed can
also be individually adjusted, so as to make sure that the machine runs in
constant linear speed and tension.

2.Through the use of Japan DiGital 6-inch industrial touch screen, it can
realize that monitoring, setting and trouble diagnosis are in all-Chinese
control. It is easy to operate and repair.

3.The adjustment range of adhesive coating speed is wide(0-2.5 meters per
minute). It has tension adjustable device. This is suitable for different
process requirements for different types of carpets.

4.The level of the tank is in automatic control, while the surface temperature
of baking cylinder and steam pressure are also automatically controlled and
measured. This can efficiently prevent the production of defective products and
reduce wasting.

5.Japan KOYO photo-electric encoder is used for speed measuring and length
measuring. The precise surface of bake cylinder is covered with imported undried
adhesive film, so that it is smooth, abrasion-resistant, and even in heat
transmission.

6.There are independent systems of slurry pumping, stirring and conveying, to
make the adhesive coating more effective.

7.A rubber coat is adopted on the adhesive coating roller to make the coating
surface even and full.

8.There is lifting and dropping system for the adhesive tank to make the
cleaning work of the tank more convenient.

9.It uses the correcting system to protect the carpet from deflective running.

10.The machine frame is made of special-shaped steel pipe, it gives the machine
more rigidity and pleasing appearance.
