Model: REDKROME - Infrared Dyeing Apparatus

The advantages of the REDKROME machine is that this type of apparatus offers,
respect to the traditional water bath apparatuses, is that the heating glycol
bath is eliminated. It is suitable for each fibers in each form also under high
temperature.

This apparatus is used also for washing test following the standard directions.
It is most used on dye houses, research company and chemicals industries.



Features:

Programmator.: The redkrome machine is supplied with becatron programmer mod.
Datex future nt, with the following features:

- 68 programs with 30 steps each or 51 programs with 40 step each

- illuminated display, with dyeing graphic and all parameters of the dyeing
cycle

- memory card to copy, delete, modify, save and transfer programs in a similar
apparatus with same programmator.

- disc direction reversal: reversing of beaker-holding disc, each direction
freely programmable with change-over delay time

Max gradient 3°c/min.

Dyeing beakers.: The max number of beakers, related to the capacity, are:
from 6 to 20 beakers capacity 100, 150 or 200cc

From 6 to 16 beakers capacity 300cc

From 6 to 12 beakers capacity 500cc

6 positions capacity 1000cc

Girotondo.: 8 liters container (5 liters bath) completely in inox stainless
steel with safety valve. For sampling larger quantities of material (max 1kg) as
fabric, hanks, made up garments and jeans (maximum 135°c).

Washing Test Device: for colour fastness equipped with special disc, nr. 6
beakers capacity 500cc (according with mark & spencer specification) each
with inox balls.

Auxiliary Products Introduction.: Beakers can be equipped with a rapid
attachment where the product or additional dyes can be introduced by means of a
special syringe while the machine is running. Dosing is available by a special
inox dosing valve (one for each beaker) and a special dosing injector 10cc
complete with rapid adapter.
