Model: ME2000 : Pleating Machine The M2000 is totally new and is a solid and low-cost mechanical machine for standard applications in the filter production. The ME2000 (successor of the well-known R188) is much more flexible and its speed is higher. The new type SE2000 (successor of our mechanical machine with quick adjustment type R178S) represents the first step towards the electronic pleating technology, at the price of a former mechanical machine. This pleating machine makes it possible for you to create e. g. M or W type pleats and to adjust the customised saved configurations automatically by pushing a button. At the high end the fully electronic knife pleating machine type R178PC, world-wide well-known , has been improved to the high innovative E2000. This machine combines all important features of a modern production device. This leads to higher flexibility and lower production costs. To the Pleating Technology 2000 belongs furthermore a new type of rotary pleating machine. The R2000 (successor of the reliable R126) offers much more features. This machine is now equipped with separate controlled drives for the scoring, erection and conveying unit. Thanks to this new decentralised drive system the pleat height can be varied easily with only one scoring roller set. Furthermore, the speed has been increased. These technological improvements allow to reduce the production costs even for mass production. The R2000 is modular in its concept and can be configured to all specific customer demands. Therefore it is the most versatile rotary pleating machine ever built by Rabofsky. A variety of different peripherals and additional equipment are also part of the Pleating Technology 2000, e. g. several kinds of unrolling devices, different types of longitudinal cutters, cross-cutters for varying applications as well as different types of gluing/sealing devices, to give you just a small selection of our complete product range.
