the right answer for customers looking to upgrade from shuttle-looms to the
world of modern weaving machines and enter the era of shuttless weaving.

Speed: with speeds upto 220 RPM (actual), AWT-250 is the fastest rapier
available today in the market.

unparalleled versatility when it comes to yarns. From the finest counts of
cotton to the thickest Industrial yarns, AWT-250 can handle anything thrown at
its negative rapier head. The soft-pick gear system enables smooth transition of
even highly fancy yarns like embroidery and slub. What really seperates AWT-250’s
mechanism from others is that it has been well proven to run even the SILK yarns
very smoothly. The kinds of fabrics that can be woven on AWT-250 includes:
• Suitings, Shirtings, Sarees & Dress-Materials (Count: 12-120’s ,
Denier: 20-500)
• Industrial fabrics: (Tirecord, Bolting Cloth, Denier: 400-1600)
• Fancy fabrics: (With Slub Yarns, Embroidery Yarns, etc.)
• Silk Fabrics
8 Color Weft Insertion : AWT-250 offers upto 8 Color Pick-at-Will weft
insertion, so that you can weave the fanciest of fabrics to be offered to your
customers.
Start-Mark Prevention System: AWT-250 realises the most delicate need of rapier
users to prevent start-marks in weaving. The custom designed ‘HT-Drive’
motor of the machine supplies more than 150% torque for the first-pick to
successfully prevent the start marks.
