Gas Singeing Machine

1. Combined beaterless scutcher

After the tension adjuster, the entering cloth of usual singeing machines is to
spread by an electric cloth quide. Because of its poor functioning, the cloth
offen deviates, or it laps together and can not be spread out. Therefore, its
necessary for a person to correct it frequently; thus not only human effort is
wasted, but also its unsafer because of the fast cloth speed. This gas singeing
machine adopts a combined beaterless scutcher with the functions of spreading
and expanding cloth as well as the center rectifications control by using
infrared to control with full automation; it can fully save human power and
ensure the flushing of cloth.

2. Brushing device before singeing

Before the cloth enters for singeing, there are 4 brushing roller devices
installed, which can loosen the fluff closely adhering to the cloth to ensure
that the woolen fluff can be burnt more thoroughly.

3. Brushing device after burning

After singeing the cloth, there are 2 brushing roller devices, which can brush
away the black spots sticking on the cloth because of the singeing to make the
cloth surface clean for better effect when dyed later.

4. Cooling device before getting cloth out

Cloth produces high temperature after singeing, and must be cooled. This machine
has 2 sets of big cooling cylinders with f570 after singeing, which can have
cloth cooled exactly to facilitate the operation of collecting cloth later.

5. Singeing cooling roller of teflon coating

Matching with burner let cloth burn wool smoothly through roller surface. As the
2 sets of rollers are teflon coated, the surface has lubricating action to make
cloth pass smoothly the flame of burn and make the situation of singeing keep
good. Roller itself has cooling device which can ensure that roller has longer
life.

6. Special design of burner

2 sets of burners are formed with many pieces of stainless steel plates lapped
mutually,but traditional burner is fixed with fire proof brick. The seams
between fire proof bricks of cracks caused from overheating result in uneven
singeing so that cloth incurs horizontal lines when dyed after singeing. On the
other hand, there are only 2 rows of flame spray openings for traditional
burners so the blocking of any hole between 2 rows will cause the phenomenon of
not singeing for a stripe on the cloth surface, which will directly affect the
quality of dyeing later.
