Inspection And Rolling Machine

The inspection- and rolling-machine is placed behind the tufting machine. This
machine eases the inspection and repair of tufted carpets, before they are
rolled. Two very well lighted walkways enable the operator to control the front
and back of the carpet.

Inspection - Possibility 1: 2 compensation rolls and 2 runways:

Walkway with width 800mm, wooden boards with 2 bumping borders of 100mm

Screened compensation rolls and chains (chains that save guard the straight
movement of the compensation rolls)

Both runways are connected to the two sides

Start/Stop function by means of a photo cell, the function is operated by
holding ones foot in front of the photo cell (one photo cell per walkway)

The photocell on the walkway makes it possible for the operator to start and
stop the machine anywhere on the machine.
