Scattering

A special design allows adapting the HiPer™ Scat to the diverse kind of
pourable solids by changing the needle roller in a short period of time. Further
it was taken care of simple cleaning possibilities to prevent cross
contamination. The combination of the HiPer™ Scat with IR infrared heaters and
a laminating calender makes it an economic and flexible coating and laminating
line. A consistent metering ability in web direction as well as across the width
result in very good and reproducible quality of final products to satisfy a
broad number of end users.
