Freirias TR slitter Rewinder for non woven are designed and built to ensure: Very
easy operation, Extremely quick slitting and rewinding, Excellent finished reel
quality

Design and Operating Features:

Tangential unwind system through adjustable pressure of the parent reel on the
driven drum. Fast splicing is ensured by a horizontal HDPE faceplate close to
this drum.

Placed in the front part, the scissors cutting device consisting of round,
tool-steel bottom and top slitters.

Both sets of slitters are mounted on a boxed beam and shifted simultaneously by
a rack and pinion mechanism operating on recirculation ball guides with
pneumatic locking for fast and easy sideways positioning.

A four- section shred suction vent runs right across the slitting units.
