The CTT-DST tests yarn dynamically which significantly improves accuracy in
detecting and studying yarn variations as compared to static or skein tests.



Operation:

High Speed shrinkage tester with three heating units available: contact heater,
non-contact heater, and pin heater. Allows operator to select temperature, test
length, sample size and yarn tension. Test- Shrinkage of continuous yarn length,
Short and long-range shrinkage variations within yarn, Heat curve - shrinkage
vs. temperature
