Control:

Needle-looms are equipped with a computer. This gives high operating operation
and helps the operator during production and maintenance.

Guiding piston (patented):

The vertical movement of the rods is assured by a piston which reduces wear to
the guide rings. In addition, the seal replacement kit permits the seal to be
replaced without the need to dismantle the module.

Discontinuous advance:

The output press stops when the needles are in the batt. The degree of
discontinuity is adjustable and visibly reduces product marking due to needle
effect.

Lubrication:

Each module has a continuous pressurized oil lubrication system. This system
ensures that each part receives precisely and individually the exact amount of
lubricant at the correct temperature.
