by oxidation. The process control system can calculate all necessary set points and transfer them to the slasher dye range. As a result quality is maintained at a constant high level, the potential savings in reduction agents are increased,the liquor volume in the immersion baths is reduced, and the process and quality
are reproducible.

Permits continuous dyeing-sizing without interruption and with minimum wastage.
When applying this process, the running out

warp ends are automatically connected to the new warp at constant dyeing speed.Every existing warp dyeing range, immaterial of the manufacturer, can be retrofitted with the BEN-LINK yarn-to-yarn connecting system.

Continuous speed during a lot change permits exact control of the concentrations
in the mercerization and dyeing sectors,

resulting in a high standard of colour levelness. This is reproducible in all
warps within a batch, achieving optimal colour constancy. The dyeing batch size
can be increased by many times.
