Model : KFJsk 8/27 - Computerized Narrow Fabric Jacquard Loom




The KFJsk extended from the ordinary weaving machine KFn and specializes in
manufacturing all kinds of narrow-fabric jacquard weaves. The pattern chain
system is easy to disassemble and operates quietly without any noise. The
lubricating device is easy to maintain and has a low failure rate. With precise
designs of the central pillar, it stabilizes the feeding device, has large space
available for operators, and is easy to operate. The parts are precisely
manufactured and durable. High interchangeability and compatibility make it easy
to adjust and maintain this system. The parts are readily available. This system
integrates the feeding device, simplifies mechanisms, and enhances compatibility
of yarn feeding.. Users may add parts for new applications anytime. With passive
binder thread transmission, this system can operate smoothly, reducing damages
to machine parts. Assembles with all kinds of Jacquard machine such as SML,
CX160, LX30, etc.

JAQ mechanism SML has excellent choice 120~192, 256~384 hooks are available.

The JAQ mechanism modules are directly imported from Staubli. The weave taps are
connected to the jacquard thread sets with quick link for easy assembly and
disassembly.

The weft opening styles on the machine match the opening styles of the JAQ
mechanism.

The tool handles are attached and driven by the AT5 steel-woven belt and capable
of synchronous movements.

The rotation speed of the weave tap transmission input shafts: MAX RPM=600.

The patented M5 module ensures the connection between the lifting mechanism and
the harness. Sealed with composite materials, the M5 module is wear-resistant
and consumes very little energy. To meet the high-speed and load requirements
imposed by narrow fabric production, the module is fitted with a crossbeam
equipped with two ball bearings.

The dual-roller, integrated in the module, facilitates assembly and disassembly
of the harness cords it is equipped with a Quick Link.
