Check Roll Fabric Measuring

Check roll Systems are engineered to suit your specific requirements and to
assist in submitting quotations we simply need to determine: Fabric Type (s),
maximum roll width and diameter, duty - measuring, inspection, cut length.



Mode of  operations:

The incoming roll is place in a cradle of free running rollers. The leading edge
of the fabric is pulled through the counter to a datum point - the counter is
reset to zero. A tube is inserted in the fabric and the first wrap formed upon
the rewind rollers. Hand pressure downward upon the fabric maintains tightness
as the roll builds up. Operation is controlled by foot treadle and speed
adjustment is available throughout the range of 0 to 45 meters per minute.
