Foam Lamination Machine (Flame Type)

To laminate P.U. foam with woven or non woven fabrics, paper, synthetics
etc. by gas – flame.

Lamination Machine based on two nip rollers where lamination takes place
immediately after skin-melting process of PU foam with a LP gas burner. It is
suitable to laminate foam with woven, non woven, knitted, natural or synthetic
fabrics, paper, leather or foil etc.

The machine has hard chrome plated, pneumatically operated nip rolls, LP gas
burner, gas and air controls, variable speed main-drive and winding motors,
ventilation blower and working platform.
