Tubular Compactor Machine

It is for knitted fabrics, which a require to improve their dimensional
stability and their finishing touch.This machine is suitable for all types of
cotton and blended cotton knitted fabrics. It has a high shrinking capacity and
a high flexibility , it is easy to run.Only one operator is sufficient to work
with it.The fabric treated will present a soft hand , with a smooth , uniform
and well stabilized surface , with a very good dimensional stability and low
residual shrinkage values.When a shining finishing with a very good dimensional
stability is required .The shrinking machine is a equipped with : automatic
feeder , steam box by high efficiency , fabric stretchers , two units fitted
with cylinders and felts. The machine is characterized by automatic pass ; to
operate without any tension , the motorizations are driven by frequency
converters and the synchronizations are by balancing cylinders with load cells
electronically adjustable.
