Model - DL Automatic Dosing System

Automatic system for linear/exponential dosing and introduction into apparatus
of alkali and liquid chemicals integrated with liquor recycle between apparatus and auxiliary tank "b" of colour
kitchen. The automatic dosing system performs controlled and progressive
additions of alkali and liquid chemicals compatible with AISI 316 stainless
steel into apparatus dyestuff, thereby allowing for regular dye fixation, colour
shade evenness and reduced dyeing cycle duration. Dosing can be selected among
linear or exponential (increasing mode) according to preset algorithms of
calculation selected by the user. It is to be noticed that some algorithms are patented and as such their use is
subordinate to purchase of licenses not included in our supply. Dosing is
controlled by LEONARDO microprocessor through the selection of linear or
exponential curve as well as duration of the operation (expressed in minutes).
The liquor, after passing through auxiliary B tank, is automatically recycled into A tank by means of LEONARDO control system. The microprocessor,
which reinvests and meters the liquor from B tank into A tank, executes the
dosing operation in a continuous way, measuring the progressive emptying of B
tank.B Tank is automatically washed upon completion of metering.
