LP and HP kitchens are designed for systematic repeatability of dyes/chemicals preparation, dissolving and injection to service highly automated dyeing machinery. Features : - Remote centralized installation : Installation near served dyeing apparatus or in a remote centralized position up to 100 meters distance. Injection by high-pressure pump for rapid dyeing machine service. No need of complex super elevated buildings. Installation at floor level with automatic feed and recycle functions. - Fully automatic operation and repeatability of parameters: Modular pre-assembled packaged units from 1 to 6 tanks. Automatic filling, indirect heating, mixing, injection washing and drain functions according to the program memorized by "multitasking" PC based microprocessor of the dyeing machine. Automatic liquor level and temperature controls. Injection pipes washing system. Dye injection speed (slow/normal/rapid) pre selected according to technological requirements. Stainless steel electric stirrers with IEC IP55 motor protection. - High-pressure injection pump : Dye injection by maintenance-free high-pressure pump for rapid dye additions and dynamic cleaning effect on piping. Installation at same level of dyeing machine allows large savings in building costs and simplifies dyehouse installation and organization. - Control panel : Waterproof operators panel with pushbuttons and signal lamps to be installed close to colour kitchen for operation in manual or automatic modes. The panel embodies manual controls and signaling system (pre-warning and urgency warning) for operation flexibility.
