Singeing Machine

The smooth knitwear surface gained by singeing improves cloth appearance and
also prevents pilling effects through projecting fibers. DORNIER’s EcoSinge®
singeing concept completes this process gently and without selvedge marks.



Features :

• Automatic machine run-up and self-monitoring of all functions.

• Operations with online diameter adjustment to varying values without machine stoppage.

• Beater with singe dust extraction at the outlet.

• Emergency stop feature with immediate shutdown of all the machine
components and burner flame blow-out by jet of compressed air.

• In the event of a machine stoppage, fabric out feed at reduced
speed under the automatic control of a timing curve.

• Fume extraction by fan and a spark extinguisher with an upstream ring expander ensure clean operating conditions and reliable
spark quenching with dry fabrics.
