Model - Dafne FV50/50-W5 Continuous Dyeing Machine For Ribbon



Continuous cycle machine to dye and dress elastic and stiff ribbons in polyamide-cotton, acetate, viscose and nylon for little and big production.
Compared to conventional machine , DAFNE FV50/50-W5 compact line gives high output levels and combines practical ness with really cheap operations. Dyeing process is carried out in the first tank of the machine where at the same time the ribbon is squeezed by there rubbered rollers. Next step is the fixing of the
dyeing on the ribbon through steamer making indirect steam: its overheating is made by coils and electrical resistors while ribbon control is adjusted by compensators that assure an excellent tension. Then the washing is made in different heated tanks while the last step concern the dressing tank where the ribbon is impregnated by glue and at the same time squeezed by rubbered against stainless steel rollers. During the passage in the drier, the ribbon is dried by forced adjustable ventilation with burner fed by methane gas or by diathermic oil battery and adjusted by compensators. Finally the product is discharged by rubbered rollers with contrast cylinders while the static effect is eliminated by an antistatic bar assembled at the output at the end of the working process.
