Model - CSJX Electronic Jacquard Machine



The Bonas Electronic Jacquard Model CSJX is available in either 1344 or 2688
frame sizes, with pattern ends situated in 24 rows of solenoids. Each machine
can be supplied with exactly the number of hooks required by the customer to
provide a completely tailored machine to requirements. The CSJX is suitable for
all weaving applications such as Furnishings, Labels, Damask, Apparel, Terry…,
This type of jacquard would normally be used for higher speed applications and
where it is necessary to have a great range of shedding possibilities. The
machine has a designed robust construction, and is driven by double harmonic
eccentrics, which allow the machine to be run at higher speeds with minimum
vibration. The selector is based on Bonas Machine Company’s proven simple
oil-free selection system (the solenoid), which is activated by a switch mode
PSU.



Features :

- Mechanics : The mechanical side consist of precision balanced; double acting
lifting arms gives the CSJX smoother running at higher speeds. Improved
heavy-duty linkages reduce load per bearing.

- Selector : Bonas Electronic Jacquards are still the only jacquards in today’s
market place with one single moving part in their purely electronic selection
system. Each selector (solenoid) acts on 2 flexible hooks, which control the
warp yarn through a pulley and cord.

- Solenoid Board : Each Solenoid Board consists of 24 solenoids on each side.
Each board has a built in microchip which controls the current into and out of
the board, and therefore gives individual board diagnostics to the controller.
On pick and real-time monitoring ensures jacquard weaving errors are quickly
identified and eliminated.

- Current Drive System : Constant Current Drive ensures consistent solenoid
selection at all temperatures. Power consumption is reduced and less heat is
generated. Solenoid Selection time is optimized at all speeds. The switch mode
power supply unit is now an integral part of the machine.

- Jacquard / Loom Interface : Bonas Electronic Jacquards can interface with
practically all loom types via electronic link.Perfectly balanced shafts provide
the drive between loom and jacquard, with two types of gearbox depending on loom
type.Optimized shafts made and tested with the newest production machines are used.

- Series 600 Controller : The Bonas Series 600 Controller is a purpose built
computer, that is standard across Bonas product range.

- Harness : Bonas can also take the responsibility for the specifications
,delivery and assistance for the harnesses for all kind of specifications and
speed.

- Compatible Loom types : Rapier, Air jet, Projectile.
