Automated Slitter

The Jet Edge Slitter is specifically designed for slitting, edge trimming, and
cross-cutting. The Slitter is ideal for cutting materials such as paper, fabric,
diapers, insulation, webbing, rubber and plastic. It can be customized. Jet Edge
water jet slitting stations are mounted to C-frames and consist of cutting
nozzles controlled by the patented Omni Jet® high-pressure on/off valve. One
nozzle is primary and another is used as a back up, so maintenance can be
performed while still in operation. A Jet Edge intensifier pump supplies up to
60,000 psi (4,100 bar) water to the cutting nozzles. It finishes High
solids/polyurethane.
