Model - GA749 Flexible Rapier Weaving Machine



It is equipped dobby and weft selector. It is integrated with advanced CAD,
and many parts are made of light and sturdy carbon fiber composite. The construction
is simple. It has a good versatility with the parts on the shuttle loom. The
maintenance is easy. There is a very good performance/price ratio. This machine
is equal in floor space to a multi-shuttle-box loom with same reed width. Its
speed will be increased by 25-30% and the noise be decreased by 10-15dB(A) as
compared with shuttle loom. The machine is equipped with dobby shedding and
6-colours weft selector, It is mainly suitable for weaving of various small
fancy articles from cotton, chemical fibre and their blended yarn, thread. In
addition, a central lubricating device is adopted for machine and dobby,
providing the convenience in maintenance for users.
