GSL has three types of high speed of gill boxesto offering.

* Intersecting Type

* Chain Gill

* Rotary Gill

These are designed to handle a wide range of fibres for different end use
like short and long wool, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Polyamide, Polyester and the
latest addition is Jute & Flex with Crimper and Trimmer.

Technical Overview

The gill boxes consists of delivery part, main part of the machine includes a
draft part, gill part, feed part, transmission mechanism and pneumatic cleaning
device and a creel. They can be equipped with a delivery device suitable for
various kind of can or ball to suit any type of process.



Features

Gear Box in all gill boxes a high level of industrial and operational safety is
provided. The various detectors are located at following parts:

* Feed rollers of creel.

* Feed rollers.

* Auto levelers sensing rolls.

* Delivery guides.
