• Frame: The frames are made of graded cast-iron rigidly connected by means
  of mild steel tie bars.


• Gear Box: The drive to the main roll is given through tampered
  differential gears fitted with gunmetal bushes resulting in constant fabric
  speed.


• Liquor Tank: Stainless steel trough fabricated out of 304 grades, 14 swg.
  At the bottom, two stainless steel guide rolls mounted on fiber or gunmetal
  bushes.


• Provision for drain single / double


• Heating: Perforated steel pipe for direct heating and coil if required for
  indirect heating provided below the guide rolls.


• Oscillating: Fitted above the trough consisting of self-balancing rocker
  with guide rolls of 5" device and adjustable pipe expander to give
  stretched and creaseless passage of the fabric.


• Drive: Standard electric motor fitted below the gear box. Driven by
  "v" belts totally enclosed. Reverse forward starter with panel
  box. Starter provided on bottom side of the gear box.


• On Request: Dosing pump / stain less steel main rolls
