Ribbon Beam Warper for Narrow Width and Ribbon Beams

Machines for warping direct from the creel to beams with maximum flange diameter 600 mm and width 600 mm. Speed can be adjusted up to a maximum of 600 metres/I’. Driven by a A.C. motor. On one side, the beam support is fixed and on the other it can be adjusted to various beam widths by a geared motor.



The machines is also equipped with:

Metering roller with counter and digital presetting of required length;

Mechanical, variable speed, traversing thread guide;

Adjustable yarn feed tensioner;

Traversing thread guide comb;

Pressure roll on request.
